After spending years listening to her sister-in-law rave about how much she loved being a hygienist with Aspen Dental, Kelsey Bennett joined the organization in 2015.
“I don’t know what took me so long!” Kelsey said.
Originally from Illinois, Kelsey is currently the Territory Manager of Hygiene Support in Ohio. In this role, Kelsey works with a territory of hygienists within the Aspen Dental community to help grow their clinical skills, their hygiene business and help them accomplish any other larger goals they’d like to achieve.
“I work with hygienists to establish a solid relationship with the dentists and teams they work with to grow their hygiene business and help provide access to care for patients so they can receive the best treatment possible,” Kelsey said.
One of the perks Kelsey loves about the Aspen Dental model is the financial potential available to hygienists.
“As a hygienist with Aspen Dental, we have the opportunity to earn a significant income,” Kelsey said. “In addition to a base pay, we have a bonus system that allows us to grow our career and basically sky’s the limit for what you want to produce.”
For those who are hesitant to join Aspen Dental, Kelsey encourages everyone to stay open minded.
“Every day when I go into an office, I feel like I’m at home. Every office is individualized, has their own team, and work toward their own goals. I have such a large Aspen Dental family. Who wouldn’t want to go to work excited and feel part of a large community?”
