Bryan Howard began his career with Aspen Dental as an Office Manager in Lexington, KY, in 2011. When a position as a Strategic Sourcer within the Recruitment department at Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) – the dental support organization that provides all nonclinical business support services to every Aspen Dental practice – became available in 2013, Bryan seized the opportunity for career development.
As a Strategic Sourcer, Bryan was able to learn more about the business and build relationships across the Aspen Dental network. Within a year he was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager and today is a Lead Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing a team of dentist recruiters.
Bryan’s love for growth and change helped his career develop and enables him to coach and mentor the team he currently manages.
“So many people within this organization have taken valuable time out of their day to teach or coach me,” he said. “People have taken chances on me and my goal is to make them proud of that decision. And to pay it forward to future employees who I manage or work with.”
Bryan loves his job but loves the people he works with even more.
“Some of my best friends are those I’ve met while working with Aspen Dental.”
