Every Aspen Dental practice is supported by Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI), a dental support organization that handles all the nonclinical business tasks. As an ADMI team member, you’ll help care for the people who care for the patients across the entire Aspen Dental network. You’ll play an integral part in helping dentists and office staff streamline and consolidate practice efficiency and productivity, making it easier for dentists to focus on what they do best: practice dentistry. Patient Services Representative

Greet patients and make them feel welcome and comfortable. Assist your office manager with administrative duties. Move up the ranks quickly to Office Manager at your practice or another Aspen Dental practice.

Office Manager

Manage the office to ensure a positive patient experience. Help patients with scheduling, billing or insurance issues. Keep Aspen’s highly efficient, patient-focused business model running on all cylinders. Ascend to a Regional Management position.

Regional Manager

Support between six and 10 practices in one region. Work closely with your director, dentists and office managers to lead nonclinical process improvements and growth initiatives. Attend leadership trainings, company-wide event with opportunities to advance to a Territory Director or Division Vice President. 

Territory Director

Lead a team of Regional Managers and Office Managers while supporting a territory of Practice Owners, Lead Dentists and Associate Dentists. Work with designated Talent Acquisition Managers to recruit key hires, implement training and empower teams to break down the barriers to better care, better smiles and better lives to provide excellent patient satisfaction. Drive a strong cultural environment to help retain team members and encourage all teams to be one cohesive, successful unit. 

Division Vice President

Oversee a large territory of Directors, Practice Owners, Lead Dentists, Associate Dentists and support staff to ensure practices are operating at optimal efficiency. As a key influencer, communicate business objectives and priorities while leading a strong cultural environment to ensure team members know and feel they’re fully supported. Work closely with all ADMI leadership to ensure your division is aligned on the organization’s strategic vision and goals. 

Practice Support Center Staff

Work at ADMI’s Practice Support Center in Syracuse, NY or Chicago, IL and care for the people who care for the patients. ADMI offers exciting careers in human resources, marketing, finance, insurance, IT, legal, learning and development, customer service, administration, and more!
