As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Real Estate Director to support the growth of one or more of our brands.
For this growth based position on our Real Estate team we need an enthusiastic individual with experience in retail real estate, preferably with a large, multi-unit branded enterprise. Our mission at Aspen Dental Management Inc. is to provide access to care. To best support this mission the locations that we support must be highly visible and physically accessible in the community. You will rely on your experience and diligent research to locate and then secure the best possible locations as we continue to expand our network nationally. You should have experience with the entire new location workflow to include selection, vetting of locations, lease negotiation, and liaise with the Development team through opening. You will be supported by robust internal teams including Legal, Real Estate, and Construction as well as field based Operations Leaders. The geographic focus for this role will be the Midwest but projects will be executed nationally.
The candidate best suited for this position will have a BA/BS degree with 10+ years of retail real estate experience. A strong comfort with MSOffice is needed as is attention to detail and deadlines. The successful candidate for this position will need to bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm, a sense of urgency and service, and commitment to cooperation that will encourage team building and the full contribution of others as needed. This exempt position is available immediately. This position will require regional and national travel.
