As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Real Estate Director.

Responsibilities

For this growth based position on our Real Estate team we need an enthusiastic individual with experience in retail real estate, preferably with a large multi-unit branded enterprise. This position will be focused on ADMI’s urgent care subsidiary, WellNow Urgent Care.


Our mission at ADMI is to provide access to care. To best support this mission, the WellNow locations must be highly visible and easily accessible in the community. The successful candidate will have experience in guiding the expansion strategy for new concepts, prioritizing new market entries, and building long range strategic plans. You will rely on your experience and diligent research to locate and then secure the best possible locations for WellNow offices as we continue to expand our network. You should have experience with the entire new location workflow to include selection, vetting of locations, lease negotiation, and liaise with the Development team through opening. You will be supported by robust internal teams including Legal, Real Estate, and Construction as well as field based Operations Leaders. The geographic focus for this role will be national.

Minimum Education and Experience

The candidate best suited for this position will have a BA/BS degree with 10+ years of retail real estate experience. A strong comfort with MSOffice is needed as is attention to detail and deadlines. The successful candidate for this position will need to bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm, a sense of urgency and service, and commitment to cooperation that will encourage team building and the full contribution of others as needed. This exempt position is available immediately and will be based in the ADMI office in Chicago. This position will require regional and national travel.
