Construction Project Manager

As a reflection of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Real Estate team as a Construction Project Manager.


  • Demonstrates proficiency in the following areas of responsibility:
  • Managing general contractors for approximately 20+ new office build outs per year, ensuring on time completion.
  • Resolving discrepancies between landlord work letter and actual building conditions.
  • Ensuring completion of IT, Marketing, and Purchasing responsibilities for new offices.
  • Reviewing architectural, millwork and marketing drawings for discrepancies to reduce change order cost which includes value engineering to reduce ADMI building costs.
  • Traveling nationwide to complete final punch out/set up in order to leave practice in “Turn Key” condition for operations.
  • Leading more complex projects including; ground up projects, Well Now Urgent Cares and relocations of existing Aspen Dental practices
  • Participates in mentoring/training the Assistant Project Managers
  • Develop familiarity with bid process, lease language, and interaction with Real Estate Directors

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related discipline
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and ability to satisfy deadlines
  • Computer proficiency, AutoCAD preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple projects & tasks concurrently
  • Flexibility for frequent overnight travel required
  • Typical experience level 10 years preferred
