Executive Director - Oral Care Center

As reflection of our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity to join our operations team as the Executive Director - Oral Care Center.


The Executive Director- Oral Care Center is a critical role for our rapidly growing organization and is responsible for managing all aspects of the oral care center including the day-to-day overall operations, clinical training, and education courses as well as P&L and financial reporting. The Executive Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the center by working with the senior management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. This role will drive and execute strategy, alignment, and planning for key operational initiatives to enhance best-in-class patient experience and service. This role will coordinate with other resources including the managing clinical director, the senior operations manager, the learning and development team, the finance team, and any other cross functional team. The Executive Director will be integral in connecting and giving back to local communities through establishing and maintaining association and charitable organization relationships.


  • Day to day oversight of Oral Care Center including clinic and training programs
  • Provides leadership to the Oral Care Center and is accountable for patient satisfaction
  • Manage financial and operational performance of the oral care center including P&L and financial reporting
  • Create standards and guidelines for the oral care center services and programs
  • Direct and oversee all policies, objectives, and initiatives in partnership with senior leadership team
  • Develop major goals to support broad functional objectives
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action
  • Provide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the clinic are maintained at the highest level
  • Represent the practice and its mission, programs, products, and services in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders
  • Oversee leadership meeting preparation and creation of leadership meeting materials
  • Work to create strategic partnerships at local, state, and national level for patient pipeline
  • Create and grow relationships with local and state government representatives, IDFPR, veterans and other underserved community associations
  • Promote the Healthy Mouth Movement and other outreach programs
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned 


Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 8+ years’ experience in a leadership/management role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, dentists, leadership team, and the public
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Demonstrate skill in the development of planning processes and the achievement of the goals and objectives articulated
  • Experience in creating short- and long-term growth and profitability targets
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and ability to satisfy deadlines
  • Proven project development experience
  • A passion for giving back to the community and experience working with charitable organizations
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
