Senior Manager, Digital Media

The Senior Manager, Digital Media will play a critical role in the development and execution of precision media on behalf of one or more ADMI brands (e.g. Aspen Dental, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio). This position is a digital native and key driver of the planning and integration of all media (traditional and digital). They will be the owner of all execution of digital/precision/performance media (e.g. SEM, Social, Programmatic Display, OLV, Affiliate and Pay-per-call), driving alignment across third parties and internal cross-functional groups to deliver flawless execution in these channels.


This key contributor will use marketing, customer and business data to inform insights and hypotheses for how to improve the efficacy of precision media investments. They will collaborate with other marketing leads, brand and communications teams to integrate and execute media initiatives into the overall marketing plan. They will inform the learning agenda for cross channel media investment and optimization at all levels.   


The Senior Manager, Digital Media will report to the Director, Integrated Media and be part of a shared services team that delivers media expertise to one or more ADMI brand.



  • Participate in the design and integration of go to market media strategies that effectively drive business outcomes as part of an overall marketing eco-system
  • Accountable for driving strong results, on-going optimizations, testing new capabilities and cost savings for paid media program
  • Manage channel strategies in collaboration with internal teams, media partners and agencies
  • Collaborate across the marketing organization to create transparency and alignment to paid media activity
  • Use data and analytics to inform optimization of precision media investments
  • Understand changing consumer behaviors and the evolving media landscape, and connect that back to media planning and execution
  • Contribute to the Digital Media center of excellence, sharing and growing best practices across brands
  • While day to day responsibilities focus on supporting digital media strategy and execution, the role may also include: Exposure to cross channel media strategy and execution to ensure digital marketing activities are fully integrated, Opportunities to manage holistic projects that integrate digital and offline media execution and measurement, Collaboration with other marketing functions to deliver a holistic patient experience including CRM and website, Growth opportunities to work across brands and lines of business

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on keyboard experience, managing performance media campaigns in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and/or OLV
  • Proficient user of a broad spectrum of ad tech and analytics solutions: SEM bid management platforms (e.g. Kenshoo, Marin, SA360), DMPs, DSPs, Web Analytics (e.g. Adobe, Google), Tableau
  • Experience in the Affiliate marketing preferred
  • Demonstrate strong analytical problem solving skills, ability to use data to draw conclusions and execute marketing strategies
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze and report out on performance data
  • Experience collaborating with agency partners and working cross-functionally with internal partners to contribute to a center of excellence in a shared service model
  • This person will have experience from a large, scaled retailer or similar organization, and a demonstrated ability to deliver against immediate, near and long term objectives
  • Advanced organization and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills including proficiency in developing and delivering presentations
