The Manager, Digital Channel Experience will be pivotal in the development and delivery of outward-facing technology solutions. This includes web sites (external and internal), apps and other digital tools. This subject matter expert will collaborate with the business teams and Director to provide technology strategies, recommendations and solutions that help achieve the brand’s business objectives.

 

This key contributor will collaborate daily with other channel leads and brand and communications teams to integrate and execute technology initiatives into the overall marketing plan.

 

The Manager will report to the Director, Digital Channel Experience and be part of a shared services team that delivers marketing technology expertise to one or more ADMI brand. In addition, the Manager will partner closely with internal and external cross-functional teams throughout the development process.

 

ADMI is headquartered in Syracuse, NY.  However, marketing leadership and this role will be located in Chicago, IL in ADMI’s new Practice Support Center in the West Loop.  Limited travel to Syracuse and other markets may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly understand the brand(s), objectives and target customers serviced in the role
  • Identify opportunities for technology to support the brand’s business objectives, as demonstrated by driving one or more business KPIs
  • Support the development of business case(s) that support the required investment of resources
  • Work seamlessly across cross-functional groups within and outside of marketing to deliver best in class technology products
  • Provide technology education and consultation to business leads; serve as subject matter expert on technology, UX/CX design principles, architecture and content development
  • Lead the design and development for all technology products, supported by internal creative team and occasionally external agencies
  • Collaborate with media agency for SEO strategy development and implementation, and with Precision Media team on paid media integration
  • Incorporate external partners (agencies, data and service providers, white label solutions) into the process to best leverage available resources and deliver against stated objectives
  • Partner with ADMI IT and ADMI IT’s development vendor to execute processes designed for seamless collaboration and flawless execution
  • Lead and participate in ongoing analysis of technology products and identify insights and opportunities for enhancements, optimizations and new technology solutions
  • Contribute to a Marketing Technology center of excellence, sharing and growing best practices across brands
     

Minimum Education and Experience

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Job Related/Industry Experience: 7+ years, with significant experience with technology solutions for brands in the retail, service or healthcare categories (agency or brand-side)
  • Ideal candidate will be business oriented and obsessed with understanding ADMI business goals and be adept at using diagnostic marketing and digital property metrics as leading indicators of business outcomes
  • S/he will have been a part of a shared service, matrixed and/or multi-client team and be able to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
  • S/he will have experience collaborating with agency partners and working cross-functionally with internal partners to deliver best in class technology products using Sitecore CMS, GA 360, JIRA and other platforms and tools
  • S/he will be a relationship builder with a history of building partnerships across a diverse group of opinions with varying levels of technology and/or marketing acumen

 

Requirements/Qualifications – Recruitment/WellNow Role Specific

  • Knowledge and understanding of best practices in candidate user experience, recruitment processes, SEO strategy specific to career subdomains and/or TLDs and conversion optimization
  • Experience with career web sites within complex, high volume HR/TA technology ecosystems with multiple data integration points
  • Experience with ATS and/or RMP integration (preferred iCIMS and/or Workday)
  • Knowledge and understanding of key recruitment referring media tactics such as Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn to deliver programmatic and social job distribution
