Manager, Customer Relationship Marketing

The Manager, Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) will be a champion of CRM activities for one or more brands within the ADMI portfolio. This role will partner with the Director, CRM to create contact strategies as part of a CRM Roadmap, rooted in business and brand goals, customer data and channel-level best practices. Key to the Manager, CRM’s success will be their ability to link diagnostic/channel KPIs to business outcomes, including patient show rate, treatment plan completion and candidate close rate.  


It will be critical that the Manager, CRM be able to manage multiple priorities in process at the same time, seamlessly navigating both strategic and executional requirements. Execution of CRM initiatives will occur across internal and external partners, but ultimate accountability will be held by the CRM group.


This key contributor will collaborate daily with other channel leads and brand and communications teams to integrate and execute CRM initiatives within the overall marketing plan.


CRM will function as a shared services team, actively developing a CRM center of excellence within the organization.


ADMI is headquartered in Syracuse, NY.  However, marketing leadership and this role will be located in Chicago, IL in ADMI’s new Practice Support Center in the West Loop.  Limited travel to Syracuse and other markets may be required.


  • Actively support the Director, CRM and business leads in the organization to assess current needs and identify opportunities for CRM to support each brand’s business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of business case(s) that support the required investment of resources
  • Participate in educating the organization and building stakeholder alignment to CRM best practices and opportunities for CRM to contribute to achieving business objectives
  • Support the development and execution of CRM processes across internal and external stakeholders
  • Leverage and incorporate the right external partners (agencies, data and service providers, white label solutions) to best bring each brand’s vision to life
  • Contribute to a center of excellence for CRM
  • Provide ongoing analysis of CRM programs, surfacing opportunities for optimization


Minimum Education and Experience

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Job Related/Industry Experience: 7+ years, with significant experience planning and executing CRM solutions including DM, email, SMS and OTM for brands in the retail, service or healthcare categories (agency or brand-side)
  • The ideal candidate is an experienced CRM marketing that is business oriented, obsessed with understanding ADMI business goals and adept at using diagnostic CRM metrics as leading indicators of business outcomes
  • S/he will have participated and/or led the development of business cases backed by analytical rigor and well thought out test-and-learn experiments
  • S/he will have relational marketing database experience, proficiency with CRM principles, customer contact strategies and creating business requirements for system design
  • S/he will be a ‘hands-on’ leader able to shift from visionary/strategic thinker to a tactical expert able to deliver on the strategies developed
  • S/he will have experience collaborating with agency partners and working cross-functionally with internal partners to contribute to a center of excellence in a shared service model
  • This person will have a demonstrated ability to deliver against immediate, near and long term objectives
