Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our Information Technology team as a Workday Payroll and time Tracking Analyst.

 

The Workday Payroll and Time Tracking Analyst’s primary responsibility is to provide support for the ongoing Workday payroll and time tracking deployment and take over the support, development and maintenance of Aspen Dental’s HR systems. The analyst will work with HR/Finance stakeholders to understand the requirements, configure and test Workday to meet the technology needs of the finance department. The analyst will also be responsible for developing the necessary reports and analytics necessary to support the business.

  • Document technical requirements and prioritize work to align with stakeholder priorities. Ensuring the services and solutions provided meet their current and future business needs.
  • Configure Workday Payroll for enhancements and fix production issues
  • Educate stakeholders on enhancement opportunities and process improvements through new functionality delivered during system updates.
  • Relationship management with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain necessary training materials and provide support services.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree – required
  • Workday US Payroll and Time tracking
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience working with any HCM ERP (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP)
  • 2+ years supporting Workday Payroll (US)
  • Workday Payroll and Time Tracking configuration and reporting expertise; Workday Payroll expertise is a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or related field
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Workday certifications preferred but not necessary
  • Track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with strong leadership skills
