Workday Financial Analyst

Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our Information Technology team as a Workday Financial Analyst.


The Workday Financial System Analyst’s primary responsibility is to provide support for the ongoing Workday Financials deployment and take over the support, development and maintenance of Aspen Dental’s Financials systems including Workday and Adaptive Insights. The analyst will work with Finance stakeholders to understand the requirements, configure and test Workday to meet the technology needs of the finance department. The analyst will also be responsible for developing the necessary reports and analytics necessary to support the business.

  • Configure Workday financials business process, security, reports and support integrations
  • Educate stakeholders on enhancement opportunities and process improvements through new functionality delivered during system updates.
  • Relationship management with stakeholders

Minimum Education and Experience

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience working with any Financials ERP (e.g. Oracl,e PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Baan, Lawson/Infor, JD Edwards, Hyperion.
  • 2+ years supporting Workday Financials; at least one full cycle implementation of Workday financials required
  • Workday financials configuration and reporting expertise
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Workday certifications preferred but not necessary
  • Track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with strong leadership skills
