Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to lead engineering activities related to Unified Communications
engineering of Network and Telecom teams. In addition, the incumbent will collaborate with
other technology teams to deliver meaningful technology experiences for end users and
maintain expertise in leading edge technologies in the space.

Essential Responsibilities


  • Evaluates, Engineers, Deploys and Supports key technology capabilities as associated
    with Telecom Engineering – including but not limited to Cisco and Avaya Core UCM
    systems, Circuits, Telecom peripherals.
  • Evaluates, Engineers, Deploys and Supports key technology capabilities as associated
    with Network Engineering – including but not limited to network core architecture; routing, switching, firewalls.
  • Lead Field Technology implantations for new offices and new technologies
  • Manages vendors and other outsourced relationships to execute on company technologies
  • Manages budgets and spend associated with areas of responsibility and collaborates with
  • Finance Department to ensure proper cost allocations
