Responsibilities

Aspen Dental is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual in software/hardware support using database driven programs. Successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of project applications, including but not limited to; backend database structure and designs, application stability, and graphical user interface format and usability. Along with supporting PC hardware.

 

This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

 

  • Support PSC and Field teammates by investigating and managing reported software issues
  • Create, execute and maintain well-defined support documents
  • Validate that all written documentation for assignments are complete and accurate
  • Respond to reported system problems quickly and accurately
  • Communicate issues to appropriate development staff and assist in their resolution
  • Work with support and Software Development for the timely resolution of system issues
  • Diagnose and resolve computer and printer issues
  • Other Tasks as assigned

 

Minimum Education and Experience

To be successful in this role an individual should possess the following:

 

  • Working knowledge of computer programs
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware
  • Solid understanding of ADMI Business practices and Software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide solutions
