As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer an opportunity to join our growing Human Resources team as Vice President, HR Operations.
The VP, HR Operations owns the development, strategy, leadership, and oversight of HR shared services and enterprise-wide programs, as well as implementing systems that support streamlined operations and accountability with acute focus on Employment Practices and Employee Relations.
Develop workplace rules and policies based on sound employment practices. Compliance with federal and state regulations and work rule compliance.
Employee advocacy and support for managing towards the resolution of employment practices matters. Coaching on best practices to mitigate workplace disruptions and to support the professional development of leadership. Management of in-house and external legal teams.
Develop an A+ team of service professionals to support Aspen practice owners and their teams, along with all practice support center functional departments. This includes systems for tracking and managing an inquiry system, defining self-service opportunities and manager self-service programs along with a tiered support system that elevates inquiries for resolution.
Collaborate with functional HR COEs to assure programs, policies, and initiatives are operationalized and aligned through project planning, process design, and technology.
Note that work location for this role is our HQ/Practice Support Center in Syracuse, NY.
