The Manager, People Strategy and Engagement will lead the execution of Aspen Dental’s talent strategies to attract, develop, motive, and retain employees. This individual will have responsibility for the development and execution of enterprise wide programs such as, succession planning, change management, employee engagement, leadership development, and competency model alignment. This individual will also play a leading role in developing organizational playbooks and processes to enhance organizational capability creating a high-performing organization that meets its strategic and operational goals.
This individual will be partner with business leaders and HRBPs to execute on assigned programs. They are a hands on influencer– not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get projects done – and approaches work with a data-driven, analytical mindset. They are able to translate data into a visual representation to help decision makers understand current state and key levers to target in order for improvement in effectiveness and efficiency.
