The Manager, New Hire Onboarding Programs well design, coordinate and execute Aspen’s new hire onboarding experience. This individual will must have a passion for people development, impactful communication, process driven, strong facilitation skills, and curiosity or experience in digital transformation.
The Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders at the Partner Support Center to ensure all required credentialing and necessary steps are completed in a timely manner. Additionally, the manager will ensure the onboarding experience is a best in class experience for all candidates.
This individual will be responsible for building a small, but mighty, team. They are a hands on leader– not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get projects done – and approaches work with a data-driven, analytical mindset. They are able to translate data into a visual representation to help decision makers understand current state and key levers to target in order for improvement in effectiveness and efficiency.
