Part-time employees must be able to commit to 3 consecutive weeks for training (M-F 8:30 AM-5:00 PM).
Our Call Center Representatives are the entry position into our growing department and organization. While prior healthcare or call center experience is a plus, it is not required as we have a training program for new Call Center Representatives that provides the necessary skills for success in the role.
• Respond to high volume inbound telephone inquiries from potential patients of the dental practices we support
• Schedule and confirm new patient appointments
• Compassionately handle questions/concerns as helping consumers is our #1 goal
• Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of appointments set
• Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team
