Purpose

The Operations Finance & Strategy (OFS) team is responsible for analysis of standard reporting, tracking, and financial forecasting of business initiative impact across Field Operations.  The Sr. Financial Operations Analyst will act as an integral support resource for the Operations Finance and Strategy team by prioritizing/managing projects, developing an internal ad-hoc analytical processes.  Role provides an opportunity to build a new infrastructure.  

 

Essential Responsibilities

·       Support implementation of processes to assist with managing and prioritizing team workflow

·       Prioritize and provide ad-hoc analysis requests from OFS team, DVP’s, Practice Owners, and Executive Leadership

·       Partner with FP&A and team leadership to standardize internal team, ELT, and board level reporting

·       Analyze and interpret data from FP&A to create a monthly analysis and discussion of performance including qualitative and quantitative measures in support of Practice Owner performance meetings

·       Assist in completing action items discussed during each meeting and identify proper resources needed to drive action items to resolution

·       Promote a service-oriented environment to provide dedicated business and financial support to both OFS team members, DVP’s, and Practice Owners

 

Minimum Education and Experience

Requirements/Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting or operations

·       3+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, or Project Management

·       Project management skills managing milestones, team workflow and resources

·       Demonstrated experience with key stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and project management

·       Ability to analyze data and draw key insights

·       Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

·       Advanced Microsoft Office skills, most notably Excel and Powerpoint

·       Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment

·       Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments within tight time constraints and deadlines
