Internal Application Guidelines

Please review these handy Internal Application Guidelines before applying for a position.

The following eligibility requirements will apply:

  • You’ve been in your current position for a minimum of 6 months.
  • You’re an employee in good standing with the company.
  • Your employment history is free of disciplinary notices.
  • You are not currently on a performance improvement plan.
  • You have the qualifications for the job that is posted.
  • Your current Supervisor is aware of your interest in the new position.

What to expect from the process:

  • Qualified employees will be interviewed for the position.
  • When not selected, employee will be notified and given skill-based feedback.
  • Assuming all qualifications are met, Aspen employees will receive first consideration for position postings.
  • Unless noted on the job posting, relocation costs are the sole responsibility of the employee.
  • Upon acceptance of a transfer or promotion, the timing of your transition into your new role will be dependent on the ability to secure suitable coverage for the position you are leaving.
