The following eligibility requirements will apply:
- You’ve been in your current position for a minimum of 6 months.
- You’re an employee in good standing with the company.
- Your employment history is free of disciplinary notices.
- You are not currently on a performance improvement plan.
- You have the qualifications for the job that is posted.
- Your current Supervisor is aware of your interest in the new position.
What to expect from the process:
- Qualified employees will be interviewed for the position.
- When not selected, employee will be notified and given skill-based feedback.
- Assuming all qualifications are met, Aspen employees will receive first consideration for position postings.
- Unless noted on the job posting, relocation costs are the sole responsibility of the employee.
- Upon acceptance of a transfer or promotion, the timing of your transition into your new role will be dependent on the ability to secure suitable coverage for the position you are leaving.
