To earn your reward, all referrals must take place before your friend or family member applies for a position on their own. Do not tell your friends to apply for a position with Aspen Dental until you refer them through the ERP page as described below.
You must have your referral’s email address in order for the system to properly track that you referred them into our resume database. If this is not done, you will not get your referral bonus.
Here are the 3 easy steps to properly complete your employee referral!
Step 1: Identify Yourself
Step 2: Identify the position you want your friend or family member to apply for.
- Login to the ERP system by creating your personal profile, or logging back in as a returning user.
- This login is NOT related to any Aspen Dental network logins. It is based on the new iCIMS Career Portal. If you were hired after April 1st 2009, you may have created a login when you applied online. If you were hired before this date, you will probably need to create a login.
- When asked to enter your email it can be your Aspen Dental email, or a private email (Yahoo, Gmail, MSN, etc.)
Step 3: Identify your friend or family member.
- Use the Search Locations or Categories to find available jobs. Click on the appropriate Job Title that links you to the job description. At the bottom of the page you will see a link that will bring you to Step 3.
- Fill out the referral form with your referral's contact information, and submit.
