Practice Support includes the following positions:
Patient Services Representative: Greet patients and make them feel welcome and comfortable. Assist your office manager with administrative duties. Move up the ranks quickly to Office Manager at your practice or another Aspen Dental practice.
Office Manager: Manage the office to ensure a positive patient experience. Help patients with scheduling, billing or insurance issues. Keep Aspen’s highly efficient, patient-focused business model running on all cylinders. Ascend to a Regional Management position.
Regional Manager: Oversee between six and 10 practices in one region. Work closely with office managers and dentists to lead nonclinical process improvements and growth initiatives. Advance to Regional Director or even a Territory Vice President.
Practice Support Center Staff: Work at ADMI’s Practice Support Center in Syracuse, NY. ADMI offers careers in human resources, marketing, finance, insurance, IT, legal, operations, customer service and administrative support. All have the opportunity for advancement.

Onboarding: New team members participate in an extensive, best-in-class training program to prepare for their jobs. Patient service representative training focuses on patient relations, while office management training focuses on helping patients understand treatment plans and payment options
Continuing Education: As you move up through the ranks to regional or corporate management positions, ADMI provides ongoing leadership and managerial training focused on optimizing practice operations and staff performance.
Business Program: For senior team members, ADMI hosts field operations leadership meetings twice a year focusing on business skills and acumen.
